PREMIUM EVENT
The Boston Open welcomes back Prospect Select after a historic 2019 event which attracted over 150 college coaches. It is highly competitive and well attended by college recruiters.
Team rosters may consist of 18U players or Classes of 2020, 2021, 2022.
The event follows the Boston Invitational and Boston Select. Historically, many teams have stayed for both the Boston Invitational and Boston Open - the Boston Select offers individual players further exposure while NEBC has the college recruiter’s attention. If a player opts to take the day off it affords time to take in many of the sites and colleges New England has to offer.
Satellite fields have included Babson College, Bentley University, Brandeis University, Brown University, Bryant University, Clark University, Fitchburg State University, Harvard University, Nichols College, URI, Tufts University, Worcester State University.
Umpire fees, baseballs, and lighted fields and scoreboards are included in NEBC events.
- There will be a program book with team rosters for college coaches.

- 5 Game Minimum Tournament Format.
- 7 Innings or 2 hours.
